You'll design mechanical components for coating systems, handling complex challenges like high temperatures and vacuum technology. Your responsibilities include specifying system requirements, creating detailed mechanical designs, overseeing production, and becoming an expert in a specific area of the system. You'll work in diverse project teams, impacting company results, and engage with global clients, occasionally traveling for projects or troubleshooting. • Design mechanical components for coating systems, addressing challenges such as high temperatures and vacuum technology.
• Specify system requirements to ensure optimal performance.
• Create detailed mechanical designs to guide production processes.
• Oversee production activities to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Develop expertise in a specific area of the coating system to become a key resource within the organization.
• Collaborate with diverse project teams to drive impactful results for the company.
• Engage with global clients, occasionally traveling for project collaboration and troubleshooting.
• Unlock significant growth opportunities within a mid-sized company environment.

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Possess a keen interest in physical processes with up to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within an international machine building setting.
• Show interest in business processes and exhibit a drive for process improvement.
• Proficient in comprehending and creating typical engineering documents including 3D designs, 2D drawings, design specifications, calculations, purchase specifications, risk analysis and FMEA’s.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
