Over de functie

As a greenhouse worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to plant cultivation. Your main duties will include:

• Hand pollination of plants.
• Removal of flower caps and seed extraction.
• Quality control of seeds and plants.
• Daily work in the greenhouse in accordance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Team collaboration focused on achieving seasonal goals.

Working Hours: Between 6:00 and 16:00, depending on the season.

Wat wij vragen

• Experience in greenhouse work or a similar environment.
• Ability to communicate in Dutch or English.
• Availability to work a minimum of 36-38 hours per week.
• Good physical condition (work in standing or crouching positions).
• Own transportation.

Wat wij bieden

• Salary: €15.72 gross per hour, plus overtime and holiday bonuses.
• Saturday bonus: 160%.
• Sunday bonus: 200%.
• Travel reimbursement: €0.23 per kilometer.
• 8.33% holiday allowance and annual raises according to the collective labor agreement.
