Your job as a Guitar Service Specialist
In this position you play a key role in ensuring that every instrument meets company quality standards. You repair guitars returned under RMA and those rejected by Quality Control, so they are ready for sale again. In addition, you process service part requests for dealers and consumers. You also collaborate with logistics providers and support other departments with technical knowledge.

Your tasks include:

• analyzing reported issues with guitars;
• deciding on actions based on company guidelines;
• repairing guitars and taking appropriate measures;
• logging actions and updates in the system;
• collecting, managing, and shipping spare parts;
• maintaining and ordering inventory;
• ensuring products meet company standards before delivery. 

Your workplace

You will join a dedicated service team, working closely with the Guitar Service Supervisor. Your colleagues are music lovers and technical specialists who share the same passion for instruments. Together, you make sure that every guitar that leaves the workshop is in top condition.

What do you bring to the table?
In this role, accuracy, focus, and customer orientation are essential. You switch easily between working independently and collaborating with colleagues. Creativity helps you find solutions when materials are limited, while your good ear for music ensures the quality of every repair.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• experience as a guitar player;
• experience as a quality inspector;
• knowledge of guitars, guitar building, and guitar materials;
• fluent written and spoken English;
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
