We are recruiting Packaging Operators to join a company located in Waalwijk (The Netherlands), operating in a growing sector under a legal framework supervised by the Dutch authorities.

This organization, based in Waalwijk, is one of the pioneers in the field of cultivation. As part of the National Experiment for the Controlled Cannabis Supply Chain, the company produces high-quality raw materials for both recreational and scientific use, all fully regulated and within Dutch law.
With a team of around 60 people, you will be working in modern, professional facilities dedicated to cultivation and production. The company operates as grower, processor, wholesaler, and transporter, all under one roof. This means short communication lines, varied tasks, and great opportunities for personal growth. The work atmosphere is informal, open, and team-oriented.
Sobre el trabajo
- Packaging, labelling and quality control of the final product.
- Following hygiene and safety instructions and procedures.
- Data registration and working on the production line.
- Team collaboration in an international environment.
Requisitos
- Previous experience in packaging, production or similar roles.
- Intermediate English level (minimum B1-B2).
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
- Category B driving license.
- Valid criminal record certificate.
- Detail-oriented person with proactive attitude and adaptability.
