For a client in the fashion business based in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Senior Merchandise Planner Ecommerce. For more information, please read the job description below. Please note, the deadline to apply is Monday, March 17th at 10:00AM.

Responsibilities:

• Divisional / product category planning (pre-season planning, KPI monitoring, in season management).
• Collaboration with Buying teams to review in-season performance in order to optimize sales and minimize end stock.
• Review seasonal intake requirements to optimize stock flow.
• Weekly, MTD, YTD, STD trade performance analyses by country and division (sales, stock, markdown and margin)
• Manage divisional/product category hindsight, buy budget, range plans based on historic performance and anticipated future development, sign offs and buy placement with merchandisers.
• Attend global product meetings to understand assortment strategy.

The ideal candidate

• Ideally 5+ years of digital planning experience preferably within Ecommerce.
• Preferred education: Business, Fashion management.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Strong planning and organization skills, ability to multi-task.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analyses to derive quantitative and qualitative business insights from data.
• Knowledge of SAP, BW, HANA; basic knowledge of Web analytics a plus.
• Ability to summarize and visualize unstructured queries into a compact insight.
• Team player with excellent social skills to build and strengthen the everyday relationship between core teams: buying and site merchandising.
• Fluency in English is required.
