Functie omschrijving
- Accurate and timely calculation of employee salaries.
- Processing and verifying employee timesheets.
- Managing tax deductions and benefits.
- Ensuring all calculations comply with current legislation and company policies.
- Preparing and submitting payroll reports to relevant government authorities.
- Maintaining and updating data in the payroll management system.
- Advising employees on payroll, taxes, and benefits-related inquiries.
Functie eisen
- Higher education in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in payroll.
- Proficient in payroll software.
- Knowledge of Dutch language.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
