What are you going to do?

As a remanufacturing technician you are responsible for determining the cause of failures of complex electromechanical assemblies and to repair/remanufacture those products. You will test and analyze devices and follow the given instructions in order to repair. You will use hand tools and computer-based electrical test equipment and databases to analyze and repair products and subassemblies.

 

Your tasks will be:

• Perform complex and precise electro-mechanical debug/repair/manufacture;
• Work with complex and detailed manufacturing documentations and/or verbal and written instructions;
• Work together with other engineers and technicians to identify new failure modes, to correct/prevent certain actions and to help develop new repair instructions;
• Update and maintain electronic and written documents;
• Identify conflicted materials/components and report these verbally and written to your supervisor and engineers;
• Suggest enhancements to process and department layout, and help implement once approved.

Wat breng jij als Remanufacturing Technician

What do we ask?

The ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings;
Proficient with hand tools and computer-based tools, including precision measuring equipment, electrical test equipment, Microsoft Office, and computer databases;
Working knowledge of high voltage DC battery systems or basic electronics and DC electrical systems;
You are able to lift up to 23 kilogram and to perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods;
Experience in assembly and repair of electro-mechanical components or electric motors and experience with semi-automated manufacturing equipment is a pre.
