At Nike, the EMEA Supply Chain Operations (Marketplace Operations (MPO)) team takes pride in serving the consumer in the connected marketplace – whether they shop at one of our retail partners, in a Nike store or online. What are we looking for?

As a Supply Chain Operations (Marketplace Operations) Development Manager, you will envision the future Digital marketplace and lead areas of the Digital strategic fulfilment capabilities roadmap. In partnership with MPO, Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) and supply chain teams, you will build innovative, responsible, and scalable solutions to better serve athletes*. You will transform how we operate by experimenting, developing, and implementing new capabilities at the speed of the business.

What will you be doing?

  • Introduce new capabilities to drive speed, reliability, efficiency, and precision and meet the needs of the future Digital marketplace and consumer 
  • Agilely design and implement mutually profitable, consumer centric supply chain solutions to deliver innovative and frictionless experiences for athletes
  • Apply project / program management principles and tools to ensure capabilities are delivered at speed, and subsequently, adopted and sustained within the business
  • Develop high-impact business cases to initiatives and lead trade-off decisions and prioritization of capabilities
  • Be the voice of our Digital consumer across NDDC and supply chain teams through influencing, storytelling and sharing strategic Digital supply chain capabilities 
  • Partner with stakeholders across NDDC and supply chain teams and external networks to collaborate, cultivate innovation, and share best-practice methodologies

Waar ga je werken?

This is why this role is a great match for me:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, digital and/or omnichannel with progressive responsibilities and a track record in delivering results
  • Experience in strategy development and project management with multiple internal and external partners
  • Strong storytelling, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence a matrix organization at different levels
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions
  • Experience with agile ways of working
  • Knowledge of retail processes for analysis, planning, ordering, replenishment, inventory management and performance measurement
