On behalf of our client N+P Group, located in Nieuw Bergen (The Netherlands), we are looking for a Project Manager.

Functie

In order to supervise and manage multiple projects from design to commissioning, N+P Groupis looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the turn-key delivery of the construction sites.

 

Activities and responsibilities:

-       In according with the strategic plan, create Site Delivery plans (planning, budget included) necessary to realize the new sites.

-       Define and document RFP’s and work packages for (EPC) contractors and participate in contractor selection and contract negotiations.

-       Manage the RFI’s, design changes and other requests from contractors.

-       Manage the internal project engineering department.

-       Conduct and support due diligence on potential site locations.

-       Organise and lead progress meetings with contractors, management and others.

Functie-eisen

You have a ‘ hands-on and can-do’ mentality, lots of energy, experience in managing construction projects  and contractors worldwide.

You are a teamplayer and a great communicator, 

 

-       Bachelor- or master degree in construction or engineering.

-       At least  5 year experience with management of construction sites.

-       Ability to operate in different cultures.

-       Good negotiation skills.

-       Excellent Dutch/English.
