Talent Acquisition Specialist in Nieuw-Amsterdam

For a global full-service digital marketing company we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist that gets new talent in, spreads the name by enhanching the employer branding and is eager to take full ownership of the recruitment proces! The company has 16 offices, but the European HQ is located in Amsterdam and with more than 100 colleagues you will join a team with over 30 nationalities. A fun, young, energetic and high-paced agency that creates online marketing solutions you haven't seen before! 
 
A great variety of taks: 

You will be the only Talent Acquisition Specialist within the HR team, so this means you have full responsiblity! You want to develop and optimize the recruitment strategies, but are also willing to take care of the administrative tasks that are necessary to hire the right colleagues: 

• Manage the entire recruitment process for all positions from developing job descriptions, posting, outbound sourcing, screening of candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating terms of employment, new-hire paperwork and onboarding
• Build a strong talent pipeline of suitable candidates
• Prepare and host weekly recruitment meetings with the hiring team and the CEO
• Assist with the recruitment for our global offices
• Develop the Employer Branding (social media)
• Support in ad-hoc HR-admin tasks and help with creating great company culture

Wat is jouw achtergrond en ervaring?

Has worked as a recruiter for at least 2 years at an agency or inhouse. In such a role you have build up experience in using an ATS such as Recruitee and the Linkedin Recruiter Seat. Besides you like to take care of the social media accounts and have a passion for Employer Branding to position the company as a great place to work! As you work for a global organization, with an international team in Amsterdam you have exceptional communication skills (oral and written) in English!
