Positon is actief in de regio's Noord-Brabant, Zuid-Holland en Zeeland en we richten ons voornamelijk op (V)MBO en HBO geschoolde medewerkers.

CI Specialist

Our client is a leading manufacturer within the food industry.
Their products are sold worldwide.

Wat ga je doen?

What will you do?
As a CI Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- The delivery and results of projects deployed by the organization;
- You provide training and support for internal initiatives;
- You work closely with managers and engineers within the organization, business units and divisions in which CI operates;
- You are engaged in change management;
- You direct project team activities and coordinate the realization of project benefits;
- You report, plan, monitor and plan accordingly;
- You provide support and advice on improvement ideas;
- You participate in developing and sharing the collective goal within the organization;
- You ensure that project results are achieved in a timely and complete manner;
- You are a coach, supporting others towards success.

Wat vragen wij

As a CI Specialist, you recognize yourself in the following:
- You are in possession of an HBO degree in the direction of engineering or technology;
- You have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an international work environment;
- Having a Black Belt is a plus;
- You have relevant experience in managing customer relationships and communicating at various levels;
- You have experience in leading projects;
- You have excellent communication skills, at least orally and in writing in Dutch and English;
- German is a plus.
