Our Organisation

JOI Gaming Ltd is part of the JVH gaming & entertainment group. JVH operates 85 landbased casinos under the brand names Jack’s Casino, Flash Casino’s and Flamingo Casino in the Netherlands. 
Our online brand Jack’s Casino & Sports was launched in Q4 2021. It has been a flying start for us and we are rapidly growing our organization and efforts. There are also more brands planned to be rolled out but for now the focus is on the flagship brand.We pursue a responsible and entertaining gambling experience in a safe and trusted environment for all players, newbies and veterans alike.

Over de functie

As Brand Activation Manager you will be responsible for the activation of our partnerships. Including concepting, execution and optimizations of our brand and acquisition campaigns. In this role, you will be able to setup and execute brand activations in the Dutch market and strive for the maximum Return on Investment and make our brand really stand out from the crowd.

You will take ownership of the overall campaign planning, ensure consistency and above all you’ll be driving first time depositors to our online brands. Doing so you will work closely with our partners, our group partnership team and the online marketing team.

As a brand we have begun strengthening our position and local claim by sponsoring key events in the Netherlands such as Jack’s Racing Days, Libéma Open, Glory, Jack’s League, PDC Darts, several music festivals and more.
To align all the efforts and make these more effective we are looking for an experienced and creative marketing professional to take the lead on this.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Responsible for the activation of our various partnerships;
• Responsible for the successful concepting and implementation of cross media activation and brand campaign;
• Working with external agencies and partners;
• Responsible for the creation and execution of the campaign planning;
• Collaboration with the internal design teams and creative agencies;
• Work with the digital marketing team to use the best channels for the campaign and vice versa;
• Engage in any projects related to the above and contribute to continues improvement of the brand, media and campaign domain;
• Identify, escalate, and follow up on risks affecting operational performance or quality of output.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;

• You bring off- and online campaign experience;
• Able to prioritize high impact activities;
• Keep complicated projects moving forward;
• Able to frequently travel and visit sponsored events.

We offer you

• A salary based on your experience and education;
• A fulltime contract based on 40 hours per week on the sunny island of Malta;
• The role is based in Malta, for at least the first year;
• An Indefinite contract after 6 months of probation time;
