As a customer care germany specialist, you are the main point of contact for German clients and handle the complete order process. This is a full-time role, typically during regular office hours, with the flexibility to work partly from home. You will have plenty of opportunities for professional development through various training sessions and online courses. This is a long-term position with the potential for a permanent contract, based on your performance and commitment.
You start your working day by checking incoming customer inquiries and orders. You ensure orders are accurately processed in the ERP system and keep customers updated on their order status. You will coordinate closely with other departments, both nationally and internationally, to ensure smooth processing of orders, shipments, and any complaints. You actively contribute to pricing proposals and offer solutions that meet your clients’ needs and budgets. After delivery, you continue to provide support for any questions or complaints, always with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Eisen
- Minimum mbo working and thinking level, preferably hbo
- Excellent command of German and English, both verbal and written
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer care or sales support role
- Accuracy, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with MS Office and preferably knowledge of export documentation
