As an Outbound Freight Coordinator via Staffice, you ensure that export consignments leave the distribution center smoothly and accurately. Your workday takes place between 07:30 and 16:00. You start by reviewing outgoing schedules and clearing finished items from the assembly zone. Throughout the day, you verify item descriptions against paperwork, pack materials into appropriate containers, and generate European road manifests. You conclude your shift by certifying that all air dispatches meet Known Consignor standards. After 7 months of employment via Staffice, you will be offered a direct contract with the client.
Responsibilities
- Keep assembly and dispatch floor spaces unobstructed and safe
- Match container dimensions to order sizes and fasten goods firmly to pallets
- Assemble accessory kits according to schedule deadlines and work order instructions
- Transfer finished freight into staging bays for consolidation inspection
- Reconcile system entries with physical packages before attaching barcodes
- Book European transit lanes and complete essential transport paperwork
- Organize loaded pallets near dock bays to facilitate fast truck loading
- Carry out mandatory checks for air freight shipments under aviation regulations
Requirements
- Proven background in shipping, freight coordination, or warehouse logistics
- Professional communication skills in English
- Valid Dutch forklift license preferred
