In this position via Staffice, you take charge of outgoing goods distribution at our client's facility. Your standard shift runs from 07:30 to 16:00. You kick off your workday by checking the packing queue and verifying order details in the warehouse database. Your tasks involve operating material handling equipment, boxing parts carefully to prevent transit damage, and organizing carrier handovers. Before wrapping up, you complete final checks on export files and ensure full security compliance for air shipments. Following 7 months via Staffice, you transition directly to an internal contract with the company.
Responsibilities
- Pack manufactured components securely to prevent transit damage
- Secure finished consignments onto wooden pallets using industrial banding
- Select and sort accessories based on work order instructions and priority dates
- Move assembled shipments to the staging bay for final quality verification
- Review computerized shipping tools and print accurate dispatch labels
- Arrange freight capacity with international transport partners across Europe
- Position ready cargo at designated loading doors for courier pickup
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory air cargo security guidelines
Requirements
- Relevant background in dispatch handling or logistics operations
- Sound command of the English language
- In possession of a Dutch forklift certificate or operational experience
- Accurate way of working with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to step in outside standard hours when operational volumes peak
