Over de functie
In this role, you work via Staffice at our client and coordinate daily outgoing freight operations. Your working hours are fixed from 07:30 to 16:00. You begin your morning by checking system data and verifying pending orders against work instructions. During the day, you pack items into appropriate boxes, secure pallets with banding, and book transport runs with European carriers. You finish your shift by preparing air cargo documentation and keeping the staging area organized. After 7 months of working via Staffice, you will receive a direct employment contract with the client.
Responsibilities
- Keep the assembly lines and staging floor clear of completed goods
- Pack items into correct box sizes and strap them securely to shipping pallets
- Prepack accessory parts in date order according to work specifications
- Stage packed orders in designated areas for consolidation checks
- Update shipping management software and apply routing labels to parcels
- Schedule EU freight collections and prepare carrier transport manifests
- Stage labeled consignments systematically for trailer loading
- Follow mandatory security procedures under Known Consignor rules for air cargo
Requirements
- Practical work experience in a warehouse or freight dispatch setting
- Good working proficiency in English, spoken and written
- A valid Dutch forklift license or willingness to obtain one
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours during peak periods
