Over het werk
As a quality assurance engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring and improving quality processes. You will work full-time in Tilburg, where you will play a key role in maintaining the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), coordinating audits and improving company procedures. You will have the opportunity to further develop your skills through training and education, and you can progress within this technical and dynamic sector. This is a permanent position, so you can count on a stable working environment with plenty of opportunities to expand your knowledge and experience.
You will start your working day by preparing internal and external audits, analysing quality data and supporting operational departments with quality-related issues. You will communicate professionally with both customers and suppliers on quality matters and actively contribute to resolving identified non-conformities. In addition, you will oversee root cause investigations and contribute to risk management and change management activities. You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines to ensure the highest quality standards.

Wat wij vragen
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, MRO or a regulated industry
- Experience with internal and external audits
- Knowledge of quality management systems and root cause analysis methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
