What You’ll Do

As a Fashion Product Data Coordinator/Specialist, you will:

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of product-related data in systems like PLM and PIM.
• Create and deliver KPI reports on data integrity, sustainability metrics, sample deliveries, and product development progress.
• Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and design teams to maintain seamless data management throughout the product life cycle.
• Perform data cleansing and quality assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Generate actionable insights to enhance decision-making and visibility into performance areas.
• Work on ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests for divisional teams and leadership.
• Partner with global teams to streamline workflows and ensure consistency across regions.

Who You Are

• You have 2-3 years of experience in data coordination, analytics, or reporting—ideally within fashion, retail, or product development.
• You have excellent communication skills in English (written en verbal).
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• You are highly proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with PLM systems and PIM (e.g., Centric PLM) is a strong advantage.
• You have strong organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• You communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal).
• You thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• You are passionate about fashion and product life cycle management.
