Over het werk
As a customer support representative, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You are the link between major clients and the internal teams within the organization. From quotation to delivery, you take care of it! You’ll work in a team of six colleagues, two of whom focus on project handling. Once the order comes in from Sales, it becomes your responsibility. From that moment on, you manage the entire order process.
You maintain close communication with various departments such as Production and Logistics and ensure that customers are always informed about the status of their orders. As a Customer Support Representative, you keep a close eye on the entire process, monitoring progress and solving any issues immediately. You are the main point of contact for customers and answer all necessary questions.
You know better than anyone how to maintain an overview. You have strong MS Office skills, you work service-oriented, remain calm under pressure, and can switch tasks quickly. Your responsibilities include all tasks related to correct order processing, as well as general customer and sales support. You enjoy structure, delivering great service, and working in a lively and dynamic environment. You have some experience in a commercial setting and communicate clearly and professionally. You are not alone in this role, you are a true team player with a hands-on mentality.
Your month is successful when you have responded quickly and clearly to customer inquiries, processed quotations and orders accurately and on time, supported customers effectively in unexpected situations, and helped make at least one core process more efficient together with your team. You work towards the team targets while delivering the best possible service to customers.

Wat wij vragen
- You are available 40 hours per week
- You have your own transportation (the location is difficult to reach by public transport)
- You speak and write fluent English (due to international clients), and basic Dutch an advantage
- You have some experience in a similar role.
