For Tata Steel, we are looking for an Installation Manager ELT A within the Pellet Plant (PEFA). This department is responsible for the continuity and reliability of critical installations within the production process. Safety, quality and 24/7 operational reliability are key priorities.
Over de functie
As Installation Manager, you are responsible for the technical management of a new fabric filter installation within the pellet plant. Your main focus is on planned and preventive maintenance to prevent failures. You work closely with the Maintenance Engineer and are regularly present on-site.
Your responsibilities include:
- creating and improving preventive maintenance plans
- managing and optimising maintenance strategies
- analysing and resolving faults or coordinating external contractors
- preparing and supporting planned shutdowns
- processing maintenance and fault data in SAP
- coordinating with internal departments and external parties
- ensuring quality, continuity and safety of the installation
Wat vragen wij van jou
- Minimum MBO level 4 education in an electrical engineering discipline
- Experience with maintenance management in an industrial environment
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty once every 6 weeks
- Strong safety awareness and risk-focused mindset
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment screening
- For employed candidates: VCA Basic certification
