The company

Our client specialises in the processing of fresh fruit and vegetables that are later delivered to supermarkets, fast food chains, wholesalers and catering companies. For their logistics department, we are looking for a forklift truck operator. If you have forklift experience, you are looking for a stable full-time job in 3 shifts.

What will you be doing?

• You work as an inbound logistics employee where you are responsible for all incoming goods.
• You are responsible for receiving and storing the goods such as vegetables, fruit and specialities.
• Furthermore, you are also responsible for the correct administrative processing and you manage the stock according to FEFO.
• You are in close contact with the production departments and also provide them with a new stock of products.
• You are accountable to the Team Leader Goods Receiving.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 6 months driving experience with forklift truck;
• Valid forklift certificate or motivation to obtain the certificate;
• Good command of the Dutch language orally and in writing and you can make yourself understood in English;
• You have good communication skills, are proactive and quality oriented;
• You like to work in changing shifts, on Saturdays and holidays
• You have no problems working in a cold environment (4 to 7 degrees)

What we offer you

• Basic salary between EUR 13.44 and EUR 14.26 depending on experience (including holiday allowance).
• Long term full time job 38 hours per week 3 shifts:
• 06.00 - 14.36 hours
• 14.30 - 22.36 hours
• 22.00 - 06.36 hours
• Supplements: after 19.00 hours 25%, after 23.00 hours 40%.
