This position is open as soon as possible for an initial 12 months contract.

What does the role involve?

You will work closely with the HR Team, consisting of generalists (HRBP and HR Manager) and representatives from different Centers of Excellence (including Total Rewards, HR Operations, Org Effectiveness, Talent Management) and business teams.

What will you be doing?

The ideal candidate excels in a cross-functional team environment and has experience working through process mapping, data triage and supporting complex projects. A mature and professional presence is instrumental to the success of this role. Someone who can think on their feet, respond well in situations of ambiguity, converse confidently with stakeholders of all levels including executive level, and time manage appropriately are all strong indicators of a successful candidate.

Your role is to work with cross-functional teams to facilitate /manage HR data processes end to end ensure accurate data are supporting the transformation processes from start to finish.

 

  • You are expected to perform timely and insightful organization analysis and ensure that the process is as efficient as possible. The Data Specialist is in charge of managing data integrations and provide operational support to the cross-functional teams. This entails complete and/or steward all position management, position data, and reporting related activities. Maintain updates, version control and data integrity of all position templates/master data.
  • You will be helping business and HR teams with their workforce data within these specific teams’ internal systems. The Data Specialist is expected to manage all this internal data and validate/ update data appropriately.

Wat vragen wij?

This is why this role is a great match for me

  • 3 years of professional experience coordinating and managing data, requests, timelines, etc
  • Proficient in org design and talent placement functionality, preferably in Orgvue
  • Interested in and ability to gain proficiency quickly when learning a new software/ applications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working within an autonomous, fast paced environment
  • Experience with HR systems specifically preferred
  • Background in Data Analytics preferred
  • Fluent English language skills
