Compliance Officer (fulltime) in Malta

JOI Gaming is looking for a fulltime Compliance Officer to ensure that the company is compliant and up to date with all regulatory requirements to satisfy the needs of the operation. You will be responsible, implementation and ongoing compliance and you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance is maintained.

JOI biedt vanaf begin oktober 2021, afhankelijk van de goed te keuren Ksa licentie, online kansspelen en weddenschappen aan onder verschillende brands aan de Nederlandse speler.

Over de functie

• You will setup procedures & work instructions and monitor their compliance.
• You will conduct compliance risk analysis and audits.
• You will keep up with new regulatory requirements and follow up internally on their implementation.
• You will help when dealing with customers' complaints raised internally.
• You will investigate and draft formal replies to third-party dispute resolution bodies.
• You will review procedures and ensure that they are up to date; propose and drive changes thereof where necessary.
• You will assist with internal and external audits.
• You will prepare reports for management.
• You will collect data for reports collected by relevant authorities.
• You will prepare and delivery employee training on different regulatory issues, policies, and procedures.
• You will assist the head of compliance with the compilation of data and with recommendations for improvement to maintain compliance Requirements.

Wat bieden wij jou

• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You have relevant education in a related area
• Your previous compliance experience within the iGaming industry would be considered an asset.
• You are highly organised & pay attention to detail.

• A fulltime contract based on 40 hours per week
• An Indefinite contract after 6 months of probation time
• A salary based on your experience and education
