What does this role involve?

You will partner with the Site Experience Manager to develop seasonal go to market strategies that satisfy the Western Europe customers’ needs, and brand building initiatives. Hereby, you will work with territory sales and marketing teams to understand how content and merchandising can support our French market customer needs to deliver a consistent experience across channels

 

What will you be doing?

  • Lead seasonal briefing for France specialized content Converse.com including homepage, landing pages, emails and campaign pages.
  • Develop and own content calendar.
  • Lead QA and testing of experiences to ensue translations are meeting our standard and delivering the right communication to the customers.
  • Partner with the French team to identify emerging content trends and generate forward-looking strategies to support business goals, to fuel innovation.
  • Implementing the Converse.com site merchandising strategy for the French Market
  • Run and analyse web and KPI selling reports on a weekly & monthly basis, understanding when and where to react and address business needs to be in line with the financial plan for each season.
  • Drive site optimizations through navigation strategies to address changing market needs.
  • You will use site analytics to drive decisions on assortment and ranking products on Converse.com to create an optimal shopping experience and brand expression.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing team on a monthly basis by providing and creating category and product recommendations.
  • Daily maintenance of onsite category merchandising and onsite features including, site search translations, filters, navigation, and product information.

Wat vragen wij?

This is why this role is a great match for me:

  • Fluent in both English and French
  • 2+ years’ experience in a retail head office buying or merchandising role. E-commerce experience is preferred but not essential.
  • With an eye for numbers, you have a strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions based on data and insight.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Excel and PowerPoint at an experienced level.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with your peers.
  • You will be comfortable presenting to your peers, and you will have excellent written and verbal capabilities.
