Are you ready for some challenge? Are you in to work with the latest HR digital innovations? Does never a dull moment boost your energy?

In that case come and join our HR team. A team that handles many transactions for all employees working in different HEINEKEN companies in the Netherlands. However, you will also support our colleagues who are sent out around the world or come back after having worked abroad as an expat. Our team supports every single colleague who is somehow involved in brewing, selling and distributing our champion beers!

You will learn a lot regarding many different HR, legal, global mobility and payroll processes. HEINEKEN have seven different companies in The Netherlands who have different CLA’s or special labour conditions. All processes are supported by high end global HR systems like ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll and of course all documentation is digitally handled.

Your challenge will be to support and help all kind of employees, to process transactions for them and continuous work on process innovation and improvement. Customer satisfaction is key therefor we are looking for open minded, empathic, analytical team players.

Your challenge consists of

Working in the Transaction Center means processing end2end transactions like onboardings, promotions, offboardings, international assignments and supporting international movements (with a close working relationship with (local) Global Mobility team) but also supporting different projects. You will support the correct compliant payroll for over 10.000 people and of course you learn to work with the relevant systems like SAP for our payroll. HEINEKEN has its own pension fund, the administration for the retirees is done by the Transaction Center.

Wat vragen wij?

• Appropriate working and thinking level
• MBO or HBO degree preferred in Human Resource Management, Labour law or Financial Administration
• Affinity with HR processes, labour law and/or payroll and keen to keep yourself up to date
• Affinity with Global Mobility processes
• English and/or Dutch language verbal and written
• Interested in and experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
