This international scale-up focused on providing remote Executive Assistants at for example Dopper, Bloomon and Swapfiets is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager 'to build up the brand and international awareness'. In a beautiful building in Amsterdam, within a team of 35 colleagues, you get the opportunity to ensure that both customers and Executive Assistants will directly think about this company when it comes to hiring management assistants. In this role as Junior Marketing Manager, you will set up and implement the marketing department at this scale-up. You develop and implement the entire (digital) marketing plan, which means that you work both operationally and strategically, from thinking about the marketing concept to the execution of it. You are creative but also someone who is aware of the marketing trends. You will give advice to the MT, and you will work closely with the CEO and the Sales Manager. As you are alone for now, you can work independently and you have enough knowledge to carry out all the aspects of digital marketing. 

Your responsibilities as a Junior Marketing Manager: 

• Develop, plan, implement, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
• Coordinate and evaluate all of our content, social media posts, campaigns and online presence
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and A/B tests
• Find and manage the right external partners to work with (copywriters)

Wat is jouw achtergrond en ervaring?

You have a completed a bachelor education. Because the organisation has international ambitions, you also master English on a professional level. In addition, you have gained about 1-5 years of work experience in digital marketing, such as knowledge of SEO, SEA, content marketing and google analytics, preferably at a start-up or scale-up.  As a result, you are ready for a new step with more responsibility!

You will immediately receive a contract at the employer. In addition, you can park in front of the office, but you can also easily get here by public transport or bicycle! You don't have to work from the office every day, so working from home for a few days is definitely an option! But if you decide to work in Amsterdam, you'll find a workspace with pink walls, velvet couches, and modern desks. Of course there are other nice conditions:

• A salary based on experience between 3000-5000 euros based on 40 hours
• We would prefer someone who is available for 40 hours, but if you want to work 32 or 36 hours that is also a possibility
• 25 vacation days
• Pension scheme 50% for the employer, 50% for own account

• Quarterly team get to getters, but you can also, for example, enjoy the weekly bootcamp training!
• You will receive a telephone and laptop but if you want to use your own devices, you will receive a compensation fee
