## About the roleAs a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production machinery safely and efficiently while monitoring the quality of the final output. You play an important part in maintaining a stable production process and in helping to reduce malfunctions and downtime.
In this role, based in Apeldoorn, you will switch daily between setting up, checking, and adjusting machines. You will work closely with colleagues in production and technical teams to keep output, quality, and continuity at a high level.

## Responsibilities
- Operating, setting up, and converting machines according to work instructions
- Monitoring the production process and making timely adjustments when deviations occur
- Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions to limit downtime
- Carrying out quality checks and recording production data
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace
- Coordinating with colleagues from production, planning, and technical services
## Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a machine operator, production employee, or in a similar role
- Technical insight and the ability to set up and operate machines
- Experience with quality control and working according to procedures
- Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written
- Willingness to work shifts or according to a roster, if applicable
- MBO level of work and thinking
## Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, food, logistics, or packaging environments
- Knowledge of first-line maintenance or fault analysis
- Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement
- Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Experience with production administration or machine operation systems
