## About the roleAs a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production machinery safely and efficiently while monitoring the quality of the final output. In this role, you contribute directly to a stable production process and help reduce malfunctions and downtime.
You will be based in Apeldoorn and switch daily between setting up, checking and adjusting machines. You will work closely with colleagues in production and technical teams to maintain high output, quality and continuity.

## Responsibilities
- Operate, set up and convert machines according to work instructions
- Monitor the production process and make timely adjustments when deviations occur
- Identify and resolve minor malfunctions to limit downtime
- Carry out quality checks and record production data
- Ensure a safe, clean and tidy workplace
- Coordinate with colleagues from production, planning and technical services
## Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a machine operator, production employee or in a similar role
- Technical understanding and the ability to set up and operate machines
- Experience with quality control and working according to procedures
- Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written
- Willingness to work in shifts or according to a roster, if applicable
- MBO level of work and thinking
## Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, food, logistics or packaging environments
- Knowledge of first-line maintenance or fault analysis
- Experience with Lean, 5S or continuous improvement
- Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Experience with production administration or machine operating systems
