## About the roleAs a Maintenance Technician Allround, you play a key role in keeping equipment, facilities, and production assets operating safely and dependably. Your contribution has a direct impact on reducing downtime, maintaining output, and supporting the site to run at a consistently high standard.
Based in Amsterdam, this is a hands-on senior position where you own day-to-day maintenance activity. You will investigate faults, complete repairs, and contribute to stronger preventive maintenance practices so issues are resolved quickly and, where possible, avoided altogether.

## Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical faults to get operations back up and running quickly
- Analyse recurring problems to determine root causes and apply practical solutions
- Assist with planned shutdowns, installations, and equipment upgrades
- Keep maintenance records, work orders, and safety documentation accurate and up to date
- Work closely with operations and external technicians to help minimise downtime
## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, service engineering, or a similar allround technical role
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation
- Knowledge of safe working practices and maintenance procedures
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of repairs
- Good communication skills in English
## Nice to have
- Experience in a production, industrial, or facility environment
- Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, or HVAC systems
- Dutch language skills
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems or CMMS software
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training
